created this for a 10 yr old boy who is having a stay over at Ushaka marine world! they sleep in the aquariam with the fish and the sharks!!! gosh i would never sleep a wink:)
the cuppies were for my mom to take to a high tea, my sister who is becoming an interior designer made the flowers:) i just made the cupcakes and added the decor but i had some time to take a pretty pic so my sister can add to her portfolio:)
lately i just dont get a chance to take pics i did 6 orders this weekend but only got a few decent pics, anyway this was part of 120 cuppies for a wedding in the midlands. the brief was bright colours and hot pinks and oranges with green and hints of yellow, the bride wore a bright yellow dress and believe me it looked stunning on her:) i did 20 of these and 100 different styles no 2 cuppies were the same!
protea hotel knysna quays ordered 150 thank you cupcakes from me. they wanted simple but pretty cuppies soooo this is what they got 150 boxed thank you cuppi cakes:)
made this for a lovely young girl, its such a crazy weekend (im havign a 15 min coffee break) we had no electricity all day yesterday so this cake was done late last night and iv got a long day today... sigh good thing is iv sent off 3 orders and all the ladies loved!!!! iv got so many photographs sooo expect loads more:)
this cake was ordered by a wonderful mom for her sweetheart daughter, the mom did a proper english tea party with my cake and cupcakes to go with her maxwell and williams english rose tea set. it was such a beautiful setting!!!
this cake was a rushed one with the help of my sister i did the whole thing in 2 hrs a real record for me :)
a sweet American lady who loves my cupcake pics and follows my photostream quite closely emailed me the other day, saying her daughter and her boyfriend are coming to Durban as his parents live here and they have to sample some of my cuppies:)
these were for a wedding the bride had leonardis roses in urns. it wasnt the easiest colour to mix as its a rusty/terracotta colour with cream i could only do it this way as i could not find a matching colour to brush it on!
